You need to place a project in the hands of someone who will deliver it
on deadline. Once I've given you my commitment, you'll have it back when
you need it. You can count on on-time delivery every time.
Communication
You need to know how your project is progressing.
I'll communicate with you regularly and send you status reports. You can
rest assured that your project is on track.
Quality
You need to be sure that the client is satisfied with the translation.
I am ATA Certified so you can be assured of my proficiency. However, as
a translator of frequently changing terminology, I find it crucial to
stay up-to-date on the latest developments. Annual trips to Germany and
at least 30 minutes each day keeping updated on the latest language use
and terminology are part of my routine.
