About Me
Angela Dunskus-Gulick
Linguistic Consultant
Born in France to a German father and an American mother, I was raised in France, Germany, and Japan, attending German schools and studying Japanese and Geography at Goethe Universität Frankfurt. After working for Japan Airlines in Frankfurt for 9 years, I relocated to the U.S. and have been living and working here since, spending time Germany on a regular basis.
In 1995, I began freelancing as a translator, receiving my certification from the American Translators Association in 1997.
When I am not in my office translating, you can find me touring the gorgeous Pacific Northwest on my bike, singing with the Seattle Bach Choir, or teaching the traditional Korean martial art of Tang Soo Do, a passion I have been pursuing for over 30 years.
